I'm endlessly fascinated by the intersection of quantum science and consciousness. To me, science and spirituality aren't opposites—they're just different ways of exploring the same mysteries of the universe.

I'm the author of The Awakening Field Guide (written for the men in your life—and anyone else who might need it), Your Beginner's Guide to Meditation, and The Everyday Crystal Guide. My philosophy is simple: when we reconnect with ourselves, we naturally create a more conscious and compassionate world.

At my core, I'm a teacher. Whether I'm leading a meditation, helping you discover your life purpose through hand analysis, facilitating Reiki or hypnosis, or writing a book, my goal is always the same: to teach practical tools that help you reconnect with yourself. I don't want you to depend on me; I want to teach you tools you can continue using long after our time together.

My job isn't to give you the answers. My job is to help you remember how to trust yourself enough to find them.
